A new software update will be released to your VaxHub sometime in the next few days. This update will help to enhance the reliability of the VaxHub and fix several known bugs. 

A notification will appear on your VaxHub informing you that an update is available.

A second screen will appear and you will need to click “Install.” The update takes about 3 seconds and will not disrupt your workflow.

When it’s complete, it will prompt you to click “Open” to open the VaxHub Application again.

If you cancel out of the notification, it will appear every hour until the software update is installed. If you encounter any other prompts, please call Customer Care at 888-829-8550. We love to help!
