After upgrading to version 11, eCW may stop sending information related to appointment scheduling to VaxCare, so that patients will not appear in the Portal. eCW is aware and can resolve on their side!
If you're experiencing issues after upgrading, please contact eCW Customer Support at (508) 475-0450 or through the eCW Customer Portal at my.eclinicalworks.com to resolve.
