Updating patient information is quick and easy and helps to ensure that VaxCare has as much of the relevant information as possible when billing claims.

  1. Click on the patient's appointment in the scheduler 

  2. Click “Go to Patient Information:” under the eligibility icon (If applicable) or click the patient information tab at the top.

  3. Click the Edit button

  4. Make any of the necessary Changes

  5. Click Save & you're done!
