Adding appointments is simple. Just click on the add patient to the schedule and type in the patients name in the search field and just like a web-search a list of names will appear. Choose the correct patient and complete the appointment information (time, well/sick visit, clinic, and provider). 

All information is important but the date and the correct clinic are critical as they will have an immediate impact on whether the patient appears in the VaxHub on the appropriate date.

Integrated Partners

Make all changes in your EHR as your EHR is the source of truth and will update the data in VaxCare's portal once changed.
