How do we add patients to the Mobile Hub as walk ups if they do not have a drivers license or insurance information?
If a patient does not have a drivers license, you will have the opportunity to manually update the demographic information. These walk-up patients, as referenced above, only qualify for flu shots.

If you need a Vaccine Information Sheet for any vaccine, they are available in your portal by visiting Resources > Forms > VIS Forms.
