The VaxCare Portal -- or simply "The Portal" -- is how we refer to the online portion of our service. You can find the Portal at The Partner Login area is always found in the top right corner.

The Portal defaults to the Check In tab upon log in, or you can simply click on the tab to return from any other page on the Portal.

The Check In tab hosts the Partner Metrics panel (which gives you a quick glimpse into your account details) and the Scheduler (which you use to check in patients).

Clicking on the Vaccine tab allows you to see your order history, any pending orders, and the tracking numbers of any orders on their way. You'll see my demo Portal below doesn't have any orders yet. 

You can also find what products are available to your practice by selecting "Place Order." This is where you'll also order vaccine supplies if you've been with us long enough to be eligible for complimentary needles and syringes.

The Check Out tab is only for partners who do not yet utilize our VaxHub. All other partners can ignore this section of the Portal.

Lastly, the Resources tab houses all of your account information, forms you might need, our variety of reports available to your administrators, and the tools needed to manage your users or clinics. 

Click on any of the four header tabs on the left side menu to expand the options for that item: Reports, Forms, Setup, or My Account.

Reports. Here you will find the selection of reports we offer to all of our partners. From this menu, you can find every patient you've seen through VaxCare (Consent Roster), any patient you've checked into the system (whether or not they were checked out; Check In Roster), compensation reports, and inventory reports. 

Forms. When you click on Forms, you'll see a sub-menu with different types of forms. Click on any of the options to see the full list of forms available under that category. General Reference contains things like our current Vaccine Fee list, an editable patient receipt, and inventory loss form. VIS Forms is a collection of the most up-to-date Vaccine Information Statements from the CDC. Standing Orders contains sample standing orders documents that can be completed by your medical director. Accepted Insurance Lists shows you all of our accepted payers by state.

Setup. The Setup tab allows you to add, edit, or delete users and clinics. See Adding, Editing, or Deleting a User.

My Account. This option allows you to view or print your VaxCare Terms of Service. Some of our partners call this their VaxCare "contract."
