Not a Monday kind of person? Sometimes our VaxHubs aren't either (if you left them unplugged over the weekend, that is).
If your VaxHub screen is dark and has stopped responding, most likely the battery has died. If there is a tiny amount of battery left, you may see an empty battery symbol appear on the screen as you attempt to turn on the Hub. If there is zero battery left, the screen will not show an empty battery symbol. It will simply remain completely dark.
If you believe you have a dead battery on your hands, plug in the VaxHub and allow it to recharge for at least 10 minutes before attempting to turn it on again.
If, after 10 minutes, the Hub is still not turning on, ensure your power cord is plugged into a live outlet. If so, you should see a tiny blue light appear near the top of your VaxHub, indicating the Hub is plugged in and charging properly.
If that does not work, call our Customer Care team. We'll overnight you a new power cord and/or a new Hub immediately!
