Just kidding. A frozen VaxHub is no time for song and dance, after all. But no fear! The cold never bothered us anyway.
In the rare event that your VaxHub screen freezes -- which generally occurs during reboot, on the VaxCare "Loading" screen -- attempt to hold down the power button for at least 10 seconds, until the Hub forcefully powers down.
In most cases, if you can forcefully power down the Hub, the Hub will be good to go with a simple reboot. Hold the power button again until the Hub restarts, then continue as usual.
However, if the Hub is entirely unresponsive -- meaning that it will not respond to a force shut down -- please call our Customer Care team immediately so we can get a new Hub on its way as soon as possible!
