Uh oh, you're trying to log in to the Portal, but you can't remember your password. Is it "password"? Nope. "Cheerchick87"? Nope. Looks like you're locked out.
But have no fear, resetting a forgotten password is quick and simple!
From the Log-In screen, click on "Trouble Signing In?"
A reset window will appear.
Enter your email address, and click "Send." You'll receive confirmation of your request, and a reset link will be sent almost immediately via email.
Note: If you do not have access to the email account you are using as your username or if your current username is not a valid email address, you will receive a confirmation window, but the reset link will not be sent (or can't be accessed). You'll need to call Customer Care to create a new username, which will require a unique email address.
If the email address you've entered is a valid email address in our system, you'll receive an email from firstname.lastname@example.org, which contains the reset link.
Click "Reset" to redirect to the Change Password screen, which will prompt you to enter a new, secure password.
Once your password has been successfully changed, you'll receive a confirmation message and a link to take you back to the VaxCare Home Page.
Finally, log in with your username and new password to access your Portal.
If you initiate a password reset but do not update your password within 24 hours, the reset link will expire. Simply follow the prompts to resend the Reset Password Email.
