The VaxCare Portal -- or simply "The Portal" -- is how we refer to the online portion of our service. You can find the Portal at The Partner Login area is of the top right corer. Or, you can simply go to to go straight to our Partner Log In page.

Once you click Partner Log In, you will be prompted to enter in your email and password. If you forgot your password or accidentally lock yourself out, click "I Forgot My Password"

A reset window will appear.

Enter your email address, and click "Send." You'll receive confirmation of your request, and a reset link will be sent almost immediately via email. 

Note: If you do not have access to the email account you are using as your username or if your current username is not a valid email address, you will receive a confirmation window, but the reset link will not be sent (or can't be accessed). You'll need to call Customer Care to create a new username, which will require a unique email address. 

If the email address you've entered is a valid email address in our system, you'll receive an email from, which contains the reset link. 

Click "Reset" to redirect to the Change Password screen, which will prompt you to enter a new, secure password. 

Once your password has been successfully changed, you'll receive a confirmation message.

Finally, log in with your username and new password to access your Portal.
