Viewing your Terms of Service. To view your Terms of Service (some of our partners call this their "contract"), log in to the VaxCare Portal, then click on Resources > My Account > Click here to view your terms of service (blue hyperlink), as shown in the image below.
Once the Terms of Service window opens, you can highlight the text using your mouse or click Ctrl+A to select all of the text in the window. You can then copy and paste the text into a Word document to print. Your product-specific pricing and compensation can be found at the bottom of your Terms of Service.
As a quick note: We often get questions about VaxCare's Business Associate Agreement (or BAA). You can find a link to this document in section 2v of our Terms of Service.
Updating your primary contact. There is currently no way to update your primary contact(s) via the VaxCare Portal. If you need to update a primary contact -- or would like to list more than one -- please contact our Customer Care team.
