What is a Baseline?

At VaxCare we establish a Baseline for your flu-season. Your baseline is the total number of doses we anticipate your practice is going to administer. This calculation is created by the amount of flu shots given with us last year.

**For newer Partners who started after November 1st, 2017, we have left your baseline blank for you to complete by product.

Requesting Orders

We intend to send you 20% of your baseline by the end of August and 50% by the end of September. The beauty of our system is that it's based on your vaccine utilization, which means we will send you additional flu vaccine as you need it, pending manufacturer availability. There is no need to order flu vaccine unless you’re scheduling a clinic.

If you expect to have a clinic or special event that will produce a spike in volume, you must provide a minimum of 3 weeks’ notice.

Status and Transit

Doses On The Way: The number of doses that are in transit to your practice
Doses Pending: The number of doses pending approval from an order placed by your practice
Order Status: The status of the last 3 orders placed. If you would like to look back further review the Order History tab.
