IMPORTANT NOTE: Do not try to edit a patient’s checkout information after 6pm EST on the same day of service.  It won’t register.  Call us!

Editing a patient on the VaxHub is simple! To begin, log in to the VaxHub.

Next, tap on the menu icon in the top right corner and select Daily Check Out Report from the options below.

From the Daily Check Out report, simply find the patient you would like to edit and tap on their name.

The VaxHub will take you back to the patient's Check Out screen. To delete a vaccine: Tap on the red X next to the product you'd like to remove. To add a vaccine: Scan out another vaccine, select a site, and ensure the consent box is still checked.

Then, simply select COMPLETE to send the changes to VaxCare!

Again, you can make any changes to a patient's encounter until 6pm EST on the current business day.  After that time, you will need to call Customer Care to make any changes to a patient's claim.
