The VaxHub requires an active network connection in order to receive information to and from the VaxCare Portal. Ready to connect your VaxHub to Wifi? Let's go!

Unlock the Hub. When the VaxHub is first turned on, you will be met with a lock screen. Swipe up to unlock.

Access the Settings screen. The Settings icon (looks like a gray gear toward the bottom of the home screen) houses all configuration options – including internet connection setting.

Choose Wi-Fi. Clicking on the Settings app will take you to the Settings menu. Now tap the Wi-Fi option.

Choose the wireless network. This screen will display all networks in the VaxHub’s range. Once you see the network name you'd like to use, tap on the name of the network to proceed with connection.

Note: Our VaxHubs do not support connecting to a 5.0GHz wireless frequency. They can only connect to a 2.4GHz frequency. If you have a 5GHz network, it will not appear in the list of available Wifi networks. 

If applicable, enter in network password. If the network is password protected, you will be prompted to enter the password credentials. If you do not know this information, please consult with your office administrator or IT department.

Verify connection. Once the connection is established, you will see the “Connected” messaging below the network name. Your VaxHub is now connected to the Wifi and ready to send/receive data!
