VaxHub updates will be released periodically and directly to your Hub. Most of the time, the VaxHub will walk itself through the update, and all you have to do is select OK. However, we wanted you to see the process of updating the VaxHub, just so there are no surprises when you see the update notification appear!

To make sure your app is available for an update, 1st restart the application by shutting it down.

  1. Tap on the Applications icon in the navigation bar at the bottom of the screen
  2. Swipe VaxHub Application to the right, closing it and bringing you back to the tablet homescreen
  3. Tap on VaxHub Icon to reopen the Application

Return to the VaxHub application. If an update is available it will prompt itself on the homescreen

A pop-up will appear when you select the VaxHub app icon, alerting you an update is ready to be installed. Choose OK.

Next, the VaxHub will give you a second confirmation. To be technical, this box actually shows any additional permissions you need to install the update, but since it's our update, we make sure to cover that for you! So just select INSTALL.

Next, the VaxHub lets you know that it's busy installing the update. Please do not leave this screen. Generally, an update only takes about 2-3 seconds to completely install. Occasionally, it can take up to 30-60 seconds. Just let it do its thing.

Finally, the VaxHub will give you a confirmation that the Hub update was successful! Simply select OPEN to restart the VaxHub app, then log in with your PIN as usual.
