The VaxHub Inventory Manager

Inventory transactions should be simple. Now, you can record any transaction with your existing inventory in the VaxHub. Each Inventory Management feature is self-explanatory and walks you through the needed steps.

Select the menu icon to find the "Manage Inventory" section of the VaxHub

Select the inventory transaction type you'd like to complete

Follow the instructions for the transaction and submit

VaxHub Daily Count Confirmation

We took notes from the best run vaccine programs. Those with the most accurate inventory performed vaccine counts daily. So we designed a tool that was quick and easy. Confirm your "On-Hand" inventory daily, and your inventory will be updated immediately.  This makes finding an unscanned patient easier than ever!

The financial impact of your inventory counts is still reconciled monthly. This is viewable on the VaxHub or within the new Vaccine Insights tool.

Click "Count Confirmation" from the main menu tab in the top right corner

Select and view your Inventory Stock for the current month

Click "New Count" in the bottom right corner

Confirm existing inventory on hand. Lot information only required if there is a discrepancy.

Save and Submit inventory and your VaxHub updates automatically


Vaccine Insights on your VaxCare.com portal

You should be able to see anything that we can see. You can now research and review any transaction that would effect your VaxHub inventory. Use pre-built filters or create a custom search to find exactly what you're looking for.

- Go to the resources section and select "Insights".

- Select a starting view for the inventory information you're looking for

- With your filters in place, search the details of every inventory transaction in your system 

(Your transactions are just now being publicly indexed. This means you'll be able to see all transactions from here on out - starting on the day you update your VaxHub.) 

Bonus release: Patient eligibility on the VaxHub!

A much-requested feature, you can now see patient eligibility and any possible patient responsibility directly at the VaxHub (make sure your VaxHub has accepted the most recent update to experience).
