Patient Check-In with VaxCare-Azalea

Workflow starts with scheduling your patients in Azalea, just as you do now. To add an appointment, select "Add Appointment" and enter the appointment details. As you select "Submit" in Azalea, your patient's appointment will not only be added to Azalea, but you'll see the patient's appointment show up on the VaxCare Scheduler as well. 

Each time a patient is added to your schedule in Azalea, the same appointment is added to the VaxCare Scheduler. When a patient appointment is rescheduled in Azalea, that change is reflected in the VaxCare Scheduler as well. 

Any time a change occurs in a patient's appointment information, changes should be made in Azalea, not in VaxCare. Information flows in one direction from Azalea to the VaxCare Scheduler, not the other way around.
