What is the "Inventory" tab?
The Inventory tab plays host to three pages: Non-Flu, Flu and Orders.
Here, we will review Non-Flu: This page shows all Antigens and Products you have in your inventory and/or Antigens for Products that you do not have in your inventory, but are available for you to order.
The Vaccines column displays a few different pieces of information, depending on what your clinic has on hand at the present moment and depending on what your clinic is eligible to place orders for.
Antigen: Antigens are the primary item for any row in the grid.
Antigens display when your clinic has one or more doses of a product that falls under a specific Antigen on hand, or when a product that falls under a specific Antigen may be ordered by your clinic.
Products: Products are the secondary item for any row in the grid.
When there is only one Product on hand for a specific Antigen, you'll see that Product name to the right of the Antigen name.
When there are multiple Products on hand for a specific Antigen, you'll see all Product names and respective on hand quantities below the Antigen name.
Presentations: Each presentation icon corresponds with a different presentation type. The icons map to presentations as follows:
On Hand column
The On Hand column displays the total number of doses your clinic has on hand for a given Antigen. Note that products roll up to the Antigen level, so if your clinic has 20 doses of Boostrix on hand, and 20 doses of Adacel on hand, the On Hand column will display a quantity of 40.
AVR Threshold column
When your clinic's On Hand number reaches the AVR Threshold number, a new order will be generated and shipped within a couple of days. The AVR Threshold number represents the average number of doses you use in a three to four week period.
Avg. Used column
The Avg. Used (Average Used) column displays the average number of doses your clinic has used each month over the past three months. For example, if your clinic has used a total of 48 doses over the past three months for a given Antigen, the number 16 would be displayed in this column.
The Orders column displays the most prevalent shipment information for each Antigen, whether doses have been shipped, ordered or even if nothing is on the way.
You may click on any of the column headers to sort the page by that value. That is, if you wish to sort by the products with the lowest inventory, select the "On Hand" column header.
Partners with multiple Stocks may use the arrows at the top of the screen, next to "Private" in order to switch stocks.
